Newborn Support Packages
With the 'newborn months' being a period of significant transition for both parent and child, two support package options are available up until 12 weeks of age.
Together we focus on:
- Better interpreting newborn cues and communication,
- Understanding normal sleep development under 12 weeks of age,
- Education on safe sleep practice,
- Focusing on healthy sleep hygiene for a newborn,
- Advice on effective settling for newborns,
- Lactation and feeding support,
- Safe sleeping / safety in the home,
- Adjustment to parenting/ community resources,
- Setting realistic expectations, and
- Addressing any further parenting uncertainties
PACKAGE OPTION ONE
In-home consultation offers individualised support and education for approximately 2 hours.
Package includes unlimited daily support via email and/or phone for 7 days following our 2 hour home visit. Lastly, includes the Newborn Months by Cara Mendes eBook.

PACKAGE OPTION TWO
3 x 2 hour in-home consultations offering individualised support and education over a 6 week period.
Package includes unlimited daily support via email and/or phone for 6 weeks following the initial home visit. Lastly, includes the Newborn Months by Cara Mendes eBook.
